Justin Bieber was so sick last night at his show in the Philippines, TMZ has learned, the singer repeatedly took breaks during his set to run backstage ... and barf his brains out.
Sources close to Bieber tell TMZ, JB came down with some kind of chest infection last week -- and when he hit the stage last night in Manila ... the wooziness was way too much to handle.
Gotta give the kid props -- in fact, just before his concert last night, he tweeted, "Sick as a dog ... But the show must go on."

Arnold Schwarzenegger Getting a Divorce? -
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Wife Maria Shriver Separate
LOS ANGELES -- Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife of 25 years, Maria Shriver, announced Monday that they are separating.
The statement, issued by a spokesman for Schwarzenegger, said the two were working on the future of their relationship while living apart and they would continue to parent their four children together.
"This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us," the two said in a prepared statement. "After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion, and prayer, we came to this decision together."
It was not clear from the statement if either remained at their estate in Brentwood, or whom the children were with. Schwarzenegger's spokesman, Daniel Ketchell, said he wouldn't answer questions beyond what was said in Monday's statement.
Schwarzenegger, a Republican, finished his seven-year run as governor in January and has been traveling to deliver speeches and pursuing entertainment projects. He tweeted frequently during his travels to such faraway places as Brazil, Nigeria and France.
Shriver was not mentioned in his Twitter updates from the road.
Shriver, also active on social networks, posted three updates on her Twitter page on the day of their 25th wedding anniversary, April 26, but did not mention the milestone.
About a month before the anniversary, Shriver wrote on her Facebook page that she was going through a transition in her life.
"As you know, transitions are not easy. I'd love to get your advice on how you've handled transitions in your own life," she said in a video posted on YouTube.
"It's so stressful to not know what you're doing next. People ask you what are you doing and then they can't believe that you don't know what you're doing," she said.
Schwarzenegger has said that Shriver, who is keenly attuned to the risks of a life in politics, initially was very upset about his plan to run for governor. But when Schwarzenegger announced his decision on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" in August 2003, he said his wife stood by his decision.
During Schwarzenegger's time as governor, Shriver and the couple's children never moved to Sacramento, preferring their secluded canyon estate a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. Schwarzenegger never settled in Sacramento, choosing instead to commute by private jet between his home and the state capitol.
Shriver, a member of the Kennedy political dynasty and the daughter of the late Eunice Kennedy Shriver, left her job as an NBC News correspondent after Schwarzenegger took office.
In a May 2009 commencement speech at the University of Southern California, Schwarzenegger alluded to the powerful influence Shriver had on his life. He said when people ask him the secret to success, "I say, number one, come to America. Number two, work your butt off. And number three, marry a Kennedy."
As the state's first lady, Shriver ran an annual women's conference that attracted a long list of business, political and entertainment luminaries, along with an audience of thousands. She also was credited with overhauling the California Museum in downtown Sacramento and, with Schwarzenegger, starting the California Hall of Fame.
The separation announcement comes months after the death of Shriver's father, Peace Corps founder and former vice presidential candidate Sargent Shriver, in January.
Justin Bieber Confirms Japan Tour Dates Despite Crew Concerns
Justin Bieber is headed to Japan, despite reports that the pop star had canceled tour dates due to radiation fears.
According to OK! Magazine, Bieber's tour crew was reportedly wary about traveling to Japan after the recent earthquake and tsunami sparked radiation concerns.
However, Bieber vowed not to let his adoring fans down and took to Twitter on Sunday to confirm the final shows of the Asian part of his 'My World' tour.
"5 shows left of this leg of the #myworldtour! Manila, Hong Kong, Taipei, Osaka and Tokyo! Like I said...we are going to JAPAN! #supportjapan," he tweeted.
According to TMZ, Bieber's tour manager Scooter Braun told the concert crew to "Man the f**k up and do the right thing by these kids" when several members refused to travel to disaster-ridden country.
Avril Lavigne and Slash have both canceled upcoming shows in Japan, but the Japanese government has given Bieber an "all clear" to perform in both Osaka and Tokyo later this month.

Love & Other Drugs
Love And Other Drugs
(20th Century Fox)
Starring: Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway, Oliver Platt, Hank Azaria, Josh Gad, Gabriel Macht
Love And Other Drugs is set in 1996, flashback to floral spring dresses and the classic dark shirts, when the world was a totally different place. It was before the era of long-lasting mojo aka Viagra! Unheard of!
Jamie Randall comes from a line of doctors but unfortunately for him, he had ADHD when he was younger and therefore, focus was lost on him. He quit studying medicine and has been a drifter ever since. His forte is bedding girls, however. He decides to make quick money; training to become a pharmaceutical sales agent with Pfizer. He is allotted a small town in Ohio to make his fortune and therein meets his match, the free-spirited Maggie, who only wants sex and not a relationship.
Lots of sex happens but our cinemas edit it out as usual but if you want to watch the movie for its story, it is actually quite moving; Gyllenhaal and Hathaway put on some very emotional performances, Hathaway especially.
Maggie has early-onset Parkinson’s, otherwise known as Stage 1 Parkinson’s. We get it why Maggie rejects love because she believes she will eventually become a liability. Jamie who has never cared for anybody else in his entire life sees himself loving Maggie, something he thought he could never do.
The film actually has a tinge of the ‘90s romantic comedy, which means we have the classic climatic moment where the couple breaks up for awhile. The whole movie is set in 1996 so no flash forward to the present which is refreshing because most movies have this, they live happily ever after 10 years on, kind of situation.
There are flares of funny moments but it becomes more dramatic as Maggie’s Parkinson’s worsens. It is not a film about Parkinson’s but more about the kind of toll an illness has on a relationship, whether it is psychologically, emotionally or physically.

Beyonce recording with Rihanna
Beyonce Knowles is set to collaborate with Rihanna on her new album.
The 'Halo' singer - who released new single 'Run The World (Girls)' - has asked the 'S&M' star to record a duet for her new, as yet untitled record, set to be released in June.
The pair reportedly first discussed working together at this year's Grammys, and have now set time aside in their schedules to work on the track.
A source told website M is For Music: "Rihanna has wanted to work with Beyonce for some time now and, after talking about a duet at this year's Grammys, they have finally managed to set aside some time to record together.
"The song will feature on Beyonce's album and will be a number one smash hit for sure."
Meanwhile, fans are eagerly awaiting the video to 'Run The World (Girls)', which is directed by Francis Lawrence, who has previously worked with Lady Gaga on her 'Bad Romance' video.
He said: "It'll be big, it'll probably be one of the bigger Beyonce music videos ever done and, I can say that I think the song is unbelievable."
However, he refused to give any more details as he claims 'Single Ladies' star Beyonce was upset when an unfinished version of the song hit the internet earlier this month.
He added: "She would probably have me shot if I said anything, some stuff spilled out, but she wasn't happy about it, so I've been sworn to secrecy."
